Come during selling hours

The buyer is looking for current clothing styles and current models of equipment.
The buyer will take each seller at a first come, first serve basis. Our store has a high volume of sellers during the buying hours, so if you are in a hurry we suggest dropping your items off.

Drop off your items

Drop offs can be made anytime during our regular business hours, even during the buying hours! We take your contact information, your items, and you will get a call the very next day* regarding your drop off.

Important drop off rules

2 bag limit:
We prefer the items dropped off, be bagged, and stay within the two bag limit. Although Crackerjacks would love to take in all items, drop offs have to be limited in order for our buyer to go through them in a timely fashion and because of limited storage space.

3 Day Donation Policy

Crackerjacks has instated a three day donation policy for all drop offs. As a seller, you have three days to pick up any items that were not taken in by the buyer. After the third day, any items left at the store will be donated to a charity or other non-profit organization. It is important to know this is a rule that cannot be taken lightly. If you would like to keep the items, but are unable to come, some exceptions can be made, as long as you contact us before the three days are over.

*Drop offs made on Fridays will not be looked at until Monday. The buyer will contact sellers on that day.
